Service Identification and Contact
Memoro is a digital wellness and productivity tool designed to encourage healthy work habits at the computer, offering gentle reminders for hydration, ergonomic posture, and 20-20-20 visual rest intervals.
The service is delivered as a Chromium-based browser extension and a companion web dashboard, developed, published, and maintained by Matheus Kaully.
For general questions, feedback, or support inquiries, users may reach out directly via official email: matheuskaully@gmail.com.
Local-First Architecture and Browser Storage
Memoro is built on a strict "Local-First" architecture. 100% of your operational information and personal preferences are stored directly and exclusively within your own browser.
Habit names, scheduled intervals, daily counters, completion streaks, and reminder logs are saved locally (using "chrome.storage.local" in the browser extension and "localStorage" in the web dashboard).
No cloud database servers or remote backends are used to process, store, or view your daily routines.
Zero Servers and User Data Privacy
In full compliance with Chrome Web Store Developer Program Policies and international privacy regulations (such as LGPD and GDPR standards), Memoro DOES NOT collect, store on servers, sell, or share any personal user data.
The service does not require account creation, does not ask for your email address, and never accesses your browsing history or open tabs.
The application contains zero advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or hidden network telemetry.
Data Loss Disclaimer and Local Backups
Because all information resides solely on your device, actions such as clearing browser data (cookies and site storage), removing the extension, or formatting your computer will permanently delete your stored habits.
To protect your data, the Web Dashboard includes "Export Backup JSON" and "Import Backup JSON" tools in the Settings tab. We strongly recommend taking regular local backup copies of your habits.
The developer of Memoro cannot access your local storage and accepts no liability for accidental data loss resulting from maintenance, browser cache clearance, or device changes.
Ergonomic Tool — Not Medical Advice
Memoro is strictly an ergonomic wellness and personal productivity tool intended to encourage timely breaks and healthy habits during screen time.
THIS APPLICATION DOES NOT CONSTITUTE MEDICAL ADVICE, MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS, OR THERAPEUTIC TREATMENT. Memoro does not monitor vital signs or assess medical conditions.
Individuals with existing clinical conditions (such as medical hydration limits, repetitive strain injuries, or spinal disorders) must always follow the direct instructions of their physicians and healthcare professionals.
Intellectual Property and Proprietary License
All intellectual property rights related to Memoro — including its trademark, visual identity, logos, user interface design, copy, and source code — are the exclusive property of developer Matheus Kaully.
The software is proprietary and its codebase repository is private. End users are granted a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to install and run the application for personal productivity.
Decompiling, reverse engineering, unauthorized copying, distributing altered versions, or commercially exploiting any part of the service is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
Free Usage and Voluntary Contributions (Support)
Downloading, installing, and using the core features of Memoro and its companion Web Dashboard is 100% free, without hidden fees or compulsory subscriptions.
Financial support through the "Support Creator" button (via the independent platform Buy Me a Coffee) consists of purely voluntary donations to support ongoing development. Such contributions do not form a commercial sales contract or entitle donors to dedicated individual support.
